Genuine liposomal supplements use high-purity phosphatidylcholine (PC) as the primary lipid. Look for products that specify their phospholipid source and purity, not just 'lecithin' as an undifferentiated ingredient.

Liquid liposomal products require either refrigeration or chemical preservatives to maintain stability because phospholipids oxidise in water over time. A liquid product with a long room-temperature shelf life and no preservatives listed is a red flag.

Every production batch should have an independently verified CoA covering: active ingredient content, heavy metals, microbiological testing, pesticide residues, and GMO status. These should be batch-specific — not generic annual tests — and accessible to consumers.
