No. Heat above approximately 40 degrees Celsius can begin to compromise the phospholipid structure. Always take liposomal capsules with water at room temperature or cold.

Yes. All PPH capsules use HPMC — a plant-based capsule shell, not gelatine. For all products except one, our phospholipid source is sunflower lecithin — not soy and not animal-derived. The single exception is Liposomal CoQ10, which uses soy lecithin; this is clearly stated in its allergen information. If you have a soy allergy, please check the allergen panel on each product page. All products are GMO-free.

All PPH products have a shelf life of 36 months from the production date. Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. No refrigeration required.
